User Data Deletion

This page explains how FleyRadar users can request deletion of their account, workspace data, and data received through connected Meta and Instagram integrations.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@fleylab.com from the email address associated with your FleyRadar account.
- Tell us whether you want to delete the entire account, a specific workspace, a Meta/Instagram connection, or particular uploaded data.
- We may ask for additional identity or authority verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
Meta and Instagram data
- You can disconnect a Meta or Instagram integration in FleyRadar settings or revoke access from your Meta/Facebook account settings.
- After disconnection, we delete or technically disable the related OAuth tokens and stop further data collection through that connection.
- Monitoring data, reports, and service logs are deleted or anonymized according to your request, retention settings, and mandatory legal requirements.
Processing time
- We usually respond to deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
- If the request is complex or requires additional verification, we will tell you the status and next steps.
- Backups may remain for a limited period until automatic rotation, but they are not used for ordinary service operation after active data is deleted.
